WELCOME TO

Hannah Armer Therapy

Nurturing conscious connections with yourself, others, & the universe in Santa Barbara

"Don't turn away. Keep your gaze on the bandaged place.

That's where the light enters you."

- Rumi

If you've found yourself here, you're likely searching for something different for yourself and your life. Exploring support is a significant first step on the journey toward personal growth and healing, and I'm genuinely grateful that you're interested in exploring that path with me.

Do Parts of this Feel True to You?

  • You may have learned early on to stay composed on the outside while managing storms on the inside, relying on thinking rather than feeling because it was the safest way to get through.

  • You might be the one others depend on, giving and giving until you’re running on fumes, quietly wondering who would show up for you if you stopped holding everything together.

  • Some days your body feels electric and chaotic, other days completely numb and depleted, and you’re yearning to understand these waves rather than feel ruled by them.

  • The creative, expressive parts of you that once felt alive may now sit in the background, waiting for permission to surface and be nurtured again.

  • Old heartbreaks, traumas, or complicated family patterns may still echo through your relationships and choices, even when you’re trying so hard to grow beyond them.

  • You could be feeling demoralized, weighed down, and unsure if things could ever feel different. It’s natural to wonder if change is possible or if anyone could truly understand what you’re experiencing.

  • And maybe beneath all of this, there’s a clear, steady knowing that you’re meant for more softness, more grounding, more joy...and that you want guidance finding it.

Getting to Know Me

I would be honored to support you in reconnecting with yourself and making sense of both current and past experiences.

Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, and life challenges that have shaped you, helping you find clarity, safety, and a stronger sense of presence in your everyday life.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including somatic techniques that help you tune into how your body holds experiences, alongside cognitive and conversational tools to make sense of them.

This combination helps you process emotions, release what’s stuck, and reconnect with your authentic self—so you can feel more grounded, alive, and in control of your life.
