About

My journey into the field of therapy began after a profound career shift from marine biology, driven by my own transformative healing experience. Inspired by the promising field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, I transitioned into becoming a therapist to guide others through their own healing paths. After completing my undergraduate studies in liberal arts, I pursued a Master's in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara, where I gained a deep understanding of therapeutic principles and practices. Since 2022, I have been dedicated to working with adolescents facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

Central to my healing philosophy is the belief in each individual's innate capacity to heal and grow. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are supported in feeling seen, heard, and understood. I understand that each client is a unique soul with individualized circumstances that must be considered in treatment. I emphasize the importance of creating a safe space for vulnerability, as I believe it is through this openness that true healing can occur.  I integrate evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed approach, aiming to empower my clients to explore their inner strengths and resilience on their path toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
